One-off classes feel good but consistency changes your baseline. Membership gives you a weekly, structured space to rewire your nervous system to a state of calm.


Your membership includes:

• One in-person Evening Wind Down class per week

• A reserved space in class

• Access to the online portal with handouts and updates

• Ongoing support between sessions

Membership runs year-round and accounts for scheduled holiday breaks (last two weeks of December and first week of January).

Important Information

• Please arrive 5 minutes early. Classes begin promptly at 7pm.

• A short health form is required before your first class.

• All information is confidential and used only to support safe teaching.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move in. Barefoot is ideal, but grippy socks are fine. Layers are helpful for relaxation at the end.


What should I bring with me?

Mats and props are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. A water bottle and optional blanket for relaxation can be helpful.


Are there changing facilities?

Yes. The venue has toilets, changing rooms and showers, connected directly to the studio.


Do I need prior yoga experience?

No. Classes are accessible and adaptable.
