Yoga for Desk Workers Drop-In Class
A structured space to release tension and properly finish the day.
What to Expect
Breath-led settling - Simple breathing practices to help you transition out of “on” mode.
Desk-aware movement - Strength and mobility focused on the neck, shoulders, hips and back.
Guided relaxation - 10–20 minutes at the end of class to properly close the day.
No previous experience needed.
