About

You know what it’s like to succeed. You work hard, take responsibility, and get things done. But when you're used to being the capable one, it can be surprisingly difficult to switch off.

Hi, I'm Faith, a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher.

After university, I moved from a role as a 3D modeller into electrical engineering. On paper, it looked like a great opportunity, but the reality felt overwhelming.

The responsibility was huge, the pressure to prove myself was constant, and I coped the way many women do: I pushed through.

A few years later, I returned to my previous role, expecting to feel like myself again. Instead, I realised that even though the stress had gone, my body was still holding on to it. My shoulders stayed tense, my jaw stayed tight, and I struggled to truly relax.

That's when I realised the problem wasn't just my job. My nervous system had become so used to being alert that it no longer knew how to switch off.

Yoga helped me change that. Through movement, breathwork, and learning how to slow down, I gradually taught my body that it was safe to relax again.

Today, I help other busy women do the same.

I still work in corporate.

I still understand structured environments: deadlines, expectations, responsibility.

That’s why I teach yoga for capable women who struggle to fully switch off.

Women who don’t need to quit their jobs.

Women who don’t need fixing.

Women who just need to stop bracing.

My Approach

My classes are calm, structured and accessible.

No extremes. No pressure to perform.

Just steady progress and a safe space to unwind.
